Terms and Conditions
of Using 'Pic2Web' scanning services

While every effort is taken to protect your property and provide the best service we can, please note the following:

• Ordering our services online or by other means confirms your acceptance of the following terms of business:
• All material posted to us is sent at your own risk. Material IS lost in the post from time to time, so please only send pictures you don't mind the possibility of losing.
• You may like to consider using recorded or registered post for valuable pictures but our advice is if they are that valuable don't let them out of your sight!
• If you want to send cash, again this is done at your own risk. If you decide to do so, please disguise it well with card each side in your envelope.
• The better quality and larger the original picture you send, the better the files (scanned in images) we can return. However, even a small picture (eg passport sized) is fine for our minipic and medium pic for the web.
• We will not return anything by post unless you send us a stamped and addressed envelope, other pictures will be stored for one month then destroyed.
• While we will attempt to comply with any special requests, our pricing does not allow for unlimited time on image manipulation, but we will do the best job we can.
• We can normally return your images within a day or two of receiving them, but at busy times please allow up to 14 days. If you have not received your files by then you can request the return of your money and picture(s) at no extra cost to you (and we may even send you the scanned images you want for free!)
